Do you take on small jobs, or only big projects?

Both. We run full refurbishments and we handle individual repairs and maintenance. The same organised approach applies whether it's a single callout or a six-month programme.

How does quoting work?

We visit, agree a written scope, and give you an itemised quote — a fixed price wherever the scope allows. For reactive maintenance we work to transparent rates. You always approve the cost before work begins.

Are you insured, and do you work to standard?

Yes — we carry the appropriate insurance and work to the relevant building and safety standards, using qualified trades for notifiable work. Specific cover and accreditations are confirmed at quote stage.
