Run a portfolio, manage buildings, or develop? This plan is for individual homes. For business volumes we build something bespoke. Talk to us about a managing-agent or developer plan.

Good to know.
What exactly is the "property passport"?
A secure cloud record of your property that we build at the start and keep current. It holds photos and video of every room and system, appliance manuals, boiler and meter details, stopcock and isolation points, and the history of work done. Any future repair starts from a property we already understand.
Self-Survey or Full Survey, which should I pick?
Self-Survey is cheaper and quick if you know your property well and are happy to take the photos and notes yourself with our checklist. Full Survey is the thorough option: our inspector documents everything to a professional standard and gives you the larger repair discount. You can upgrade later.
Which areas do you cover?
Greater London only, for now. The postcode check on this page tells you instantly whether you're in. If you're just outside, join the waitlist and we'll let you know when we reach you.
How do the member repair rates work?
Repairs are still quoted per job, but as a member you pay a reduced labour rate and get priority booking. The plan fee covers your passport, your discount and your priority, not the cost of the works. We always tell you the price before we start.
Can I cancel?
Yes. It's a monthly membership you can cancel at any time. Where an inspector survey has already been carried out, that one-off fee isn't refundable, but the membership itself is yours to stop whenever you like.
Is my property data kept private?
Yes. Your passport is held securely and used only to look after your property. We never sell it or share it for marketing. See our privacy notice and the Care Plan terms for the detail.
