Vanguard Projects is a London-based construction, refurbishment and maintenance company. We exist for one reason: property work that's organised, communicated and accountable — because that's the part the trade gets wrong most often.
Most property owners have a story about a job that went sideways — the builder who stopped answering, the price that crept up, the snagging that never got finished. None of those failures were about laying bricks. They were about how the work was managed.
What we do
We cover two things and cover them well: planned construction and refurbishment, and planned and reactive property maintenance. That means a client can use one trusted contractor for the big project and for the small problems that come up afterwards — without starting from scratch each time.
How we operate
Every job runs through the same clear sequence — site visit, written scope, approved quote, agreed schedule, progress updates, sign-off and aftercare. One named contact owns your job. You approve the cost before we start, and you hear about any change before it happens. It isn't complicated; it's just done consistently, which is rarer than it should be.

Vanguard Projects operates as the trading name of Vanguard Pro Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (no. 14084220). We work across London and the South East for landlords, developers, managing agents, commercial owners and private clients.
We don't invent testimonials, badges or case studies. As we complete work under the Vanguard Projects name, we'll show it here — real projects, real clients, with permission.
