Urgent maintenance? Call 07379 734022

The part most builders skip.

Good building work isn't just what happens on site — it's how the job is run. Here's exactly how we run yours, so you know what to expect before you ever pick up the phone.

The sequence

Six steps, every job.

From a single repair to a full refurbishment — the same clear order, so nothing falls through the gaps.

01

Enquiry

You get in touch with the project or problem. We reply within one working day, ask the questions that matter, and tell you honestly whether it's something we're the right people for.

02

Site visit & written scope

We come and look properly — not a guess over the phone. Then we write down exactly what's included, what isn't, and any assumptions, so everyone is working from the same document.

03

Written quote

An itemised quote against that scope, with a fixed price wherever the work allows. You see the number and approve it before anything starts. No work proceeds on a verbal "rough idea".

04

Schedule & start

We agree start and finish dates and a programme for the works. You know who will be on site, who is in charge of the job, and how to reach them.

05

Delivery & updates

We keep you informed as the work progresses — proactively, not only when you chase. If anything arises that affects cost or timing, you hear about it before it's actioned, with options.

06

Sign-off & aftercare

We walk the finished work with you, close out any snags, and hand over the relevant paperwork and guarantees. If something needs attention afterwards, we're still here.

Standards

What "properly managed" actually means.

Communication

One named point of contact per job. Agreed update intervals. Plain answers, not jargon. You should never have to wonder what's happening on your property.

Documentation

Written scope, written quote, and a record of what was done. For compliance and remedial works, you get the paperwork for your files and inspections.

Standards & safety

Work carried out to the relevant building regulations and safety standards, with qualified trades used for notifiable work such as gas and electrics.

Insurance & payment

Appropriate insurance in place, confirmed at quote stage. Clear, staged payment terms agreed up front — no surprise demands part-way through.

Specific insurance cover, qualifications and accreditations are confirmed in writing at quote stage.

That's how we'd run yours.

Tell us what you need doing and we'll start with step one.
